I had an amazing experience at this salon. I absolutely love the haircut my stylist gave me — it’s honestly the best haircut I’ve ever had. She was incredibly patient and attentive throughout the whole process. During our first conversation, she really listened and fully understood the style I wanted. We communicated effortlessly and shared a great pace throughout the appointment, which made the whole experience even better. I truly hope I can book with her every time moving forward. I highly recommend this salon — from the front desk to the stylists, everyone was extremely professional. A special shoutout to Carley — thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This was my first Aveda experience and it was absolutely amazing. From the front reception to checkout was welcoming and calming. **Meg did a fantastic job! She was very thorough with my consultation. She is a very knowledgeable and skilled stylist. I highly recommend her. I love my hair and so does my husband 🤗 Thanks Meg!

I had such a great experience with Jenny! She did an amazing job on my hair and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Jenny really listened to what I wanted and made sure every detail was perfect. She’s incredibly talented and also so friendly and easy to talk to, which made the whole appointment really enjoyable. My hair looks and feels so healthy, and I’ve already gotten so many compliments on it. I will definitely be coming back to Jenny and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great hairstylist.

I had such an amazing experience with my hairstylist Carley! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and truly listened to what I wanted. She took the time to understand my hair type, lifestyle, and vision before getting started and the results were beyond my expectations. My color turned out absolutely beautiful. What really stood out was her attention to detail and genuine passion for her craft. You can tell she truly cares about her clients.

I have been a MOST satisfied patron at Rain Salon and Spa, Meridian for the past 5 years. I walk in feeling good and leave feeling fantastic!! The ladies at the salon starting with their guest relations - Kim, Rose, Chloe, Morgan, Piper and Rya make you feel special when you first walk in the door and they offer you a warm welcome w/towel for your hands, a warm or cold beverage and lively conversation! They also give you a very heartening adieu when leaving with an invitation to come back and enjoy your next appointment(s) as they look forward to seeing you again also. The (my) hair stylists - Megan, Steffani-Marie, Carley and Shea are all excellent stylists and conversationalists! These ladies take the utmost pride and care in their craft by asking and providing the type of design(s) that a customer requests and desires for their hair. All of them are extremely talented and gracious in their manners, suggestions and the completion of your required service they provide. Jill, my esthetician! A thoughtful, engaging lady with a solid technical knowledge of facial and hair restoration processes that have benefitted me greatly on the several occasions that I've called on her to repair and improve. All of these ladies and their wonderful services they provide would not be accomplished without the kind and caring supervision of the their owner and stylist herself, Mechele! Mechele takes the time to greet and meet with us customers (with her valuable time permitting while she's running two salons)and asks us how/if we are pleased with Rain Salon and Spa's services, our expectations and how we can suggest improving in any aspect of the salon's operations. Mechele is always friendly, inquiring about us (the) patron's lives and our general well being. She is an owner/operator with a genuine attentiveness for her staff and us patrons! I've been to many salons in the Treasure Valley since moving here 8 years ago and Rain Salon and Spa is the best of all of them in service, caring, and expertise. I wish I could them all 10 stars each because they are just that good in their respect talents I have explained! If you haven't ever or recently visited Rain Salon and Spa , I wholeheartedly encourage you to do so and soon. I guarantee you WON'T be disappointed, will be pleasantly surprised and most satisfied with their staff and results of your visit!
